The meaning of the flag of St. Lucia

Cerulean blue represents fidelity, which means faithfulness or loyalty. It also represents the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the tropical sky.

Gold represents the sunshine and also prosperity.

Black and white represent the influence of black and white culture. These colours also represent the two races living and working in unity.

The triangle represents the Pitons in Soufriere, which rise out of the sea toward the sky.
